Peace Out Poverty is a podcast that discusses social issues in the Alberta Capital Region AND shows how community members can do local good!

When we started this show last year, more than 180,000 people in our community lived in poverty. And since then, the number of folks struggling to make ends meet has only gone up. So on this show, we speak to experts about the many ways poverty can impact our wellbeing AND interview the people and organizations that are fighting for change.

There are a ton of things to talk about. Join United Way's GenNEXT team on this audio journey where we will learn together and organize as a community to say: PEACE OUT POVERTY!
